Hey! I’m Josie 👋 I’m a Senior Product Designer currently working at 7shifts. With over 7 years of experience in UI/UX, I’ve worked across a range of web and mobile SaaS products, and I thrive at creating thoughtful, user-centered solutions. Lately, I’ve been leaning into the world of growth design, which has really sharpened my ability to work with data and design in fast-moving, uncertain environments.

Before 7shifts, I also worked as a UI/UX Instructor at BrainStation, where I taught three full cohorts of their diploma program. This experience was invaluable for upping my skills as a designer and a mentor. Prior to that, I honed my craft in product design roles at several tech companies in Saskatoon, SK.

What I enjoy most is a good design challenge, collaborating with great people, and learning from the users I design for!
